SUSTAINABILITY CONSULTING AND TOOLS

ERFA - EXPERIENCE EXCHANGE GROUPS

Current topics, challenges, and issues are regularly discussed in the so-called experience exchange groups (ERFA). We focus on active and open communication, genuine networking, and know-how transfer. Over the long period of ERFA work, genuine friendships have developed that imply a high degree of trust.

At KATAG Consulting, we prepare, moderate, and participate in ERFA conferences. Topics are discussed and debated in a very intimate and closed circle. Meetings are often held in the fashion houses of our partners. Also, city tours with appropriately prepared store checks are part of the portfolio of our ERFA group activities.

ACADEMY

The KATAG Academy is a networking platform for industry, trade, and service providers. Every company can present itself on this platform and use the KATAG network for communication.

Our content is preferably tailored to the textile industry. Therefore, merchandise, sales and purchasing topics are just as important as, for example, management and social media training. All year round, the KATAG Academy offers the KER training module (expert: Jörg Timphus) in the form of online and classroom training. The focus here is on explaining key figures such as markdown and markup calculation, inventory turnover rate, gross profit, inventory ratios, etc. and demonstrating their interactions using examples. The training courses are aimed at all employees in your company who need to be familiar with the KER key figures - in supplier meetings, in purchasing or as an area manager.
